Melanie Scrofano is a Canadian actress born on December 20, 1981. She is the daughter of a federal worker mother, while her father is engineer by profession. Scrofano is of French-Canadian as well as Italian descent. Scrofano started modeling at age 13. Scrofano was contacted by her agent to be considered for acting roles. She accepted. Scrofano is now a well known actor and director. Her films include "Known for Ready or Not," where she played Emilie and also "Saw VI,"" an action comedy released in 2009.
